Hi, I recently downloaded sub bot version 4 and the bot is real slow coming up. Also, I do not have a winsock file which may lead this issue. I have win 98 second edition. I am also getting frequest crashes that are being caught by norton crash guard. These crashed are all related to the bot. Any help would be appreciated.

The slow loading is caused by a bug in Norton Antivirus' background scan. I'm not sure what to do about this behaviour, as I don't have NAV.. I've been told more recent versions of NAV don't have the problem.

That's strange, any Windows 98 should have Winsock 2 coming out of the box. If Winsock 2 were missing, it wouldn't launch at all.

When exactly do these crashes occur?
